FISH WITH EASE 
Red snapper fillets
Salt & pepper
Mushrooms
Grated cheese
Minced onion

Rinse fish fillets, pat dry and place in shallow baking dish. Sprinkle each piece with salt and pepper, sliced mushrooms and top with generous amount of grated cheese. Sprinkle onion over all.

Bake at 450 degrees 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily. Serve with hot Parmesan French Bread.
