CORN CASSEROLE 
1 can whole kernel corn, undrained
1 can creamed corn, undrained
1 stick butter, melted
2 eggs, beaten slightly with fork
1 (8 oz.) container sour cream and onion
1 small box corn muffin mix (Jiffy)

In large bowl, add beaten eggs to all ingredients except sour cream, add this last.

Bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
