DELICIOUS CORN CASSEROLE 
1 (6-oz.) pkg. corn muffin mix
1 16-oz. can cream style corn
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 16-oz. whole kernel corn
1 cup sour cream (may substitute light)
1/2 stick butter

Heat oven to 350°F. Put butter in baking dish and place in oven to melt. Meanwhile, mix all ingredients, stirring well. Pour mixture into baking dish.

Bake at 350°F for 55 to 60 minutes until set and golden brown.
