GERMAN CHOCOLATE UPSIDE DOWN
CAKE
 
Chopped pecans
Coconut if desired
8 oz. cream cheese
1 stick butter
1 box powdered sugar
1 box German chocolate cake mix

Layer the bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan with chopped pecans and coconut. Mix cake according to directions and pour into pan. Soften cream cheese and butter. Mix with mixer until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar. Pour this mixture over cake mix. Bake at 300 degrees for 35-45 minutes. Remove from oven when cake is still jiggly. Wonderfully delicious but hardly nutritious!
