CHOCOLATE UPSIDE DOWN CAKE 
1 box German chocolate cake mix
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 stick butter, softened
1 box powdered sugar
1-1 1/2 c. pecans

Spray bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan with Pam. Sprinkle pecans evenly in pan. Prepare cake mix as directed on box and pour batter over pecans. Cream butter, cheese and sugar together. Batter will be stiff. Spoon this mixture over cake batter. Bake at 325 degrees for 55 minutes. This cake is quick and easy and requires no frosting.
