GERMAN CHOCOLATE UPSIDE DOWN CAKE | |
1 box German chocolate cake mix 1/2 cup coconut 1/2 cup pecans 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1 stick (1/4 lb.) butter 1 (1 lb.) box powdered sugar Grease and flour a 9 1/2 x 13 1/2 inch pan. Put 1/2 cup coconut and pecan in pan. Mix 1 box of German chocolate cake mix according to directions on box, except use milk instead of water. Mix cream cheese, 1 stick of butter and 1 box of powdered sugar and swirl in cake. Bake at 325°F for 1 hour. |
