GERMAN CHOCOLATE UPSIDE DOWN
CAKE
 
1 c. chopped pecans
1 German chocolate cake mix
1 stick butter
2 c. confectioners' sugar
8 oz. cream cheese

Grease 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle pecans on bottom of pan. Mix one German chocolate cake mix according to direction and pour over pecans. Mix together: The butter, confectioners' sugar, and cream cheese. Drop by teaspoon onto cake batter. Do not smooth out. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
