1 box German chocolate cake mix
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. coconut

Combine nuts and coconut; spread in bottom of cake pan. Mix German chocolate cake mix as directed on box. Pour onto nuts and coconut.

Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.

Icing:

1 stick butter
1 medium-size box confectioners sugar
1 (8 oz.) carton cream cheese, softened

Beat ingredients and spread over top of cake.
