GERMAN CHOCOLATE UPSIDE-DOWN
CAKE
 
1 box German chocolate cake mix
1 c. coconut
1 c. pecans, chopped
1 stick butter
8 oz. cream cheese
1 box confectioners sugar

Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix coconut and pecans. Grease and flour 13 x 9 pan. Put nuts and coconut in pan. Mix cake by directions. Put over nuts and coconut. Beat cream cheese, butter and vanilla. Drop small spoonfuls over cake mix.

Bake at 350°F for 40 to 45 minutes.

A butter pecan cake mix may be substituted for the German chocolate cake mix for a Butter Pecan Upside-Down Cake mix.
