GERMAN CHOCOLATE UPSIDE DOWN
CAKE
 
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. coconut
German chocolate cake mix
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 stick butter
1 box powdered sugar

Grease a 9 x 13 inch pan. Put cup of chopped pecans in bottom of pan. Sprinkle coconut on top of pecans. Mix in bowl German chocolate cake mix as directed on box. Pour over coconut. Mix cream cheese, butter and powdered sugar together with mixer. Spoon over cake. Stir in lightly. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
