UPSIDE-DOWN GERMAN CHOCOLATE
CAKE
 
1 c. pecans
1 c. coconut
1 stick butter
1 box powdered sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
1 box German chocolate cake mix

Mix pecans and coconut together and put in bottom of greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Mix cake mix according to directions and pour over nuts and coconut. Melt butter; add cream cheese and powdered sugar. Put by spoonfuls (around outer edge) on top of cake. Do not spread.

Bake at 350°F for 30 to 45 minutes.
