CHOCOLATE UPSIDE DOWN CAKE 
1 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 sq. melted chocolate
2 tbsp. melted butter

Mix this in order given. Put in cake pan. 3/4 c. white sugar 3/4 c. brown sugar 4 tsp. cocoa

Mix and sprinkle over the top of cake batter. Pour 1 3/4 cup boiling water over top of all and bake in 350 degree oven for 30 to 40 minutes. Cut and serve upside down with ice cream or Cool Whip. Use 9 x 13 inch pan. This is so good.
