UPSIDE DOWN GERMAN CHOCOLATE
CAKE
 
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. coconut
1 pkg. Betty Crocker super moist German chocolate cake mix
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 lb. powdered sugar
1 stick butter, melted

Grease 9"x13" pan. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Layer nuts and coconut. Mix cake mix as package directs and pour over nuts and coconut. Beat cream cheese, add sugar and butter and mix well. Microwave about 1 minute, stir well and pour over cake dough. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Remove from oven and let set about 5 minutes. Turn out onto a cake sheet.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
