1 box German chocolate cake mix
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. coconut
1 stick butter
1 box confectioners sugar
8 oz. cream cheese

Grease 13x9 pan. Mix nuts and coconut and place in pan. Mix cake mix according to directions on box. Pour over nut and coconut mixture. Mix butter, sugar and cream cheese; spoon over cake. Bake at 325 degrees for 40 minutes.
