LUSCIOUS LEMON CHICKEN 
2 lbs. chicken parts
2 tbsp. salad oil
1 can Campbell's creamy chicken mushroom
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 can (8 oz.) mushrooms

In skillet brown chicken in oil, pour off fat. Stir remaining ingredients. Cover; cook over low heat 45 minutes or until done. Stir occasionally. Top with mushrooms. 4 servings.

This a family favorite for over 25 years. The recipe off the can is so worn I had to tape it to an index card. The changes I made is to use Creamy Chicken Mushroom soup instead of adding canned mushrooms and to use chicken tenders instead of parts. I also use 3 cans of soup since this recipe never seems to make enough gravy in our opinion. I don't usually triple the lemon juice since it makes it a little over powering if you do. If you use a good Hungarian paprika it really has some zing.
