1 box German chocolate mix
1 box powdered sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
1 1/2 c. pecans

Grease pan and spread 1 1/2 cups of pecans chopped in bottom of pan. Mix cake mix by directions on box and pour over chopped nuts. Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and butter and 1/4 cup water and pour over cake dough. Bake 1 hour at 300 degrees.
