HOT BEEF AND CHEESE DIP 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. dairy sour cream
2 tbsp. milk
1 (2 1/2 oz.) jar sliced dried beef, finely chopped
1/4 c. green onion, finely chopped
3 tbsp. green pepper, finely chopped
1 tbsp. pimiento
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. chopped pecans

Heat oven to 350 degrees. In small bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream and milk; blend well. Add dried beef, onions, green pepper, pimiento and pepper; mix well. Spoon into 8 inch baking dish or small heatproof serving dish. Sprinkle with pecans.

Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Serve hot with assorted crackers.
