1 8 oz. pkg cream cheese, softened
1 3 oz. pkg dried beef
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup green pepper, chopped
1/4 cup green onion, chopped
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. ground cumin seed

Combine all ingredients and microwave for 4 to 5 minutes, stirring well halfway through cooking.

Serve with crackers and tortilla chips alongside salsa and guacamole.
