DENISE'S HOT CHIP BEEF DIP 
Triscuits are fantastic with this dish!

1 jar dried beef
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp. milk
1/4 cup finely chopped green pepper (optional)
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1 clove garlic, pressed
1/2 cup dairy sour cream
1/2 tsp. white pepper (I've used black pepper also)

Chop the chip beef fine and set aside.

Combine cream cheese and milk, beat at medium speed until smooth. Stir in the rest of the ingredients (beef, pepper, onion, garlic, sour cream and seasoning). Spoon into a 1-quart casserole dish.

TOPPING:

1/3 cup cracker crumbs (I prefer Ritz or Townhouse)
1 1/2 tbsp. melted butter

Mix cracker crumbs and melted butter; sprinkle over the top of casserole.

Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes. Serve hot with assorted crackers.
