FREEZER CUCUMBER PICKLES 
1 tbsp. pickling salt
1 qt. water
6 cucumbers, sliced thin
2 onions, sliced thin
1 c. white vinegar
3 c. sugar

Combine salt and water. Pour over cucumbers and onions. Soak for 2 hours. Drain. Combine sugar and vinegar. Stir until sugar dissolves. Pour over drained vegetables. let stand for 10 minutes. Stir and put into containers and freeze. To use, thaw in refrigerator and serve chilled.
