RICE CUSTARD PUDDING 
2 eggs
2 c. milk, scalded
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1 1/2 c. cooked rice
1/3 c. raisins

Set baking dish in pan of water. Bake 350 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes.

To cook rice:

2 1/2 c. boiling water
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. rice

Simmer 20 minutes.
