RICE CUSTARD PUDDING | |
4 eggs, beaten 1 c. sugar 1/8 tsp. salt 1 qt. milk 1 tsp. vanilla 1 c. raisins 2 c. cooked rice Combine eggs, sugar and salt. Stir in milk. Add raisins and cooked rice and vanilla. Pour into a 2 quart baking dish. Place dish in pan of hot water (about 1 inch deep of water). Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes. Makes servings for 6. |
