RICE CUSTARD PUDDING 
1/3 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. salt
2 eggs
2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. boiled rice
1/3 c. raisins

Combine sugar, nutmeg, salt. Add slightly beaten eggs. Add milk and vanilla gradually, mixing well. Add rice, raisins. Turn into buttered oblong baking dish. Sprinkle nutmeg on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Do not overbake. This recipe may be doubled.
