EASY LEMON CHEESE CAKE | |
1 1/2 c. crushed graham crackers (18) 3 tbsp. sugar 1/3 c. melted butter 1 pkg. lemon instant pudding 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 2 c. whole milk Combine crumbs and sugar; add butter. Press into pan. Bake 10 minutes. Cool. Blend cheese and milk in blender. Add pudding (just until mixed). Pour into crust and chill 1 hour. One can of cherries, blueberries or apples may be added with Cool Whip topping when served. |
