EASY LEMON CAKE BARS 
1 pkg. white or lemon angel food cake mix (1 step)
1 (22 oz.) can lemon pie filling
1 c. coconut (opt.)

Do not make cake according to directions.

Mix together 2 ingredients. Put in jelly roll pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.

CREAM CHEESE FROSTING:

8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
3/4 stick butter
1 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
4 c. powdered sugar
