Potatoes
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. plain flour
Salt & pepper to taste
1 stick butter

Wash potatoes and quarter, leaving the peelings on. Roll potatoes in the above mixture. Melt 1 stick butter in pan and add potatoes. Bake 20 minutes at 400 degrees, turn potatoes over and cook 20 additional minutes or until brown.
