JELLO SPINACH SALAD 
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. lemon jello
1/2 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. vinegar
1 1/4 c. boiling water

Mix well. Let stand until soft set. Then beat until foamy.

1 c. mayonnaise
2/3 c. chopped celery
1 1/2 c. cottage cheese
1 pkg. frozen drained spinach, or chopped raw as much as want

Put in greased mold and refrigerate until set.
