1 env. gelatin
2 drops green food color
1/4 c. cold water
1 c. hot water
1/4 c. vinegar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 1/2 c. chopped cabbage
1 c. chopped celery
2 tbsp. chopped green pepper

Prepare gelatin mixture using all ingredients except vegetables. Chill until slightly set. Add vegetables and chill to set.
