CABBAGE FRUIT SALAD 
6 oz. pkg. lime Jello
1 c. boiling water
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1/4 c. mayonnaise
Cold water
1/2 c. chopped apple
1 c. finely chopped cabbage

Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Drain pineapple, reserving juice. Add enough water to juice to make 1 1/2 cups liquid. Stir juice into dissolved gelatin. Chill until slightly thickened.

Measure 1 1/2 cups thickened gelatin into a separate bowl. Stir in pineapple and apple. Pour into 6 cup mold; chill just until set.

Combine mayonnaise and cabbage with remaining thickened Jello. Pour into mold over the set gelatin. Chill until firm. Unmold and garnish as desired. 6-8 servings.
