RED FROZEN FRUIT SALAD 
2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 (3 oz.) can fruit cocktail, drained
1/2 c. drained maraschino cherries, quartered
2 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
1 c. whipping cream, whipped
Red food coloring

Blend cream cheese and mayonnaise together; stir in fruit and marshmallows. Fold in whipped cream. Tint fruit mixture with few drops of red food coloring. Pour into two 1-quart round ice cream containers or refrigerator trays. Freeze for about 6 hours or overnight. Slice and serve. Yield: 6-8 servings.
