STIR FRIED CHICKEN AND SNOW PEAS 
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. water
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 med. sliced of fresh ginger root
2 lg. whole chicken breasts, boned, skinned, and cut into bite size strips
1 c. sliced onions, sliced on bias
4 green onions
1 c. sliced mushrooms
1 c. fresh snow peas

Blend together soy sauce, water, and sugar. Mix in chicken and let marinate about 20-30 minutes.

Put oil, garlic, and ginger root into wok or fry pan. Add salt an brown garlic and ginger root. Remove after well browned. Add onion, the chicken, and let cook a few minutes. Add mushrooms and snow peas. Stir and toss until chicken is tender and vegetables are crisp. Serve with rice and crisp noodles.
