ROLLED SUGAR COOKIES 
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. butter
1 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
4 c. flour

Cream sugar and butter until fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in sour cream, nutmeg, and vanilla. Add baking soda, flour, baking powder, and salt; blend well. Chill 2 hours.

Roll dough to 1/4-inch thickness. Cut into desired shapes. Bake on ungreased cookie sheets 8-10 minutes in a 350 degree oven.
