TACO BAKE 
1 1/2 to 2 lb. ground beef
1 sm. onion, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, chopped
3 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 1/2 c. water
1 sm. can sliced olives, drained
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. chili powder
1 c. Cheddar cheese
1 pkg. (12 count) taco shells

Brown ground beef, onions and garlic, drain off fat. Add tomato sauce, water, cloves, flour, vinegar, chili powder. Simmer 10 minutes. Butter an oblong baking dish. Layer meat sauce, taco shells, beginning and ending with the meat sauce. Sprinkle cheese over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes and serve.
