SAUSAGE AND BEANS 
1 lb. Italian sausage
1 clove garlic, minced
2 med. onions, chopped
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 tsp. dried rosemary
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
20 oz. can white kidney beans
16 oz. can tomatoes

Brown sausage in large skillet; remove. Keep warm. Pour off drippings, returning 2 tablespoons to the skillet. Saute garlic, onions, and celery until onions are transparent. Then add rosemary, salt, and pepper. Stir in beans, tomatoes, and sausage. Simmer about 8-10 minutes. Serve immediately.
