RED BEANS AND RICE 
3 (16 oz.) cans red beans
1/4 c. onions, chopped
2 strips bacon, cut into 1" strips
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 lb. King Cotton Cajun style smoked sausage cut into 1" pieces
6 c. hot cooked rice

Place all ingredients except sausage and rice in 2 quart saucepan. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to simmer. Cover and cook 2 hours, stirring occasionally. Add sausage the last 30 minutes of cooking time. Serve over rice. 6 servings.
