'EXTRA' CREAMY RICE PUDDING 
4 c. milk
1 lg. can evaporated milk
2 1/2 c. water
1 c. rice
4 lg. eggs
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Bring milk, water, evaporated milk and rice to boil and boil 40 minutes or until rice is done and mixture is thick and creamy. Stir often. In large bowl, mix eggs, sugar and vanilla until very frothy. Add rice mixture to egg mixture and fold. Chill. Enjoy!
