1 1/2 c. hot milk
2 c. macaroni rings - 1 pkg. cooked
1/2 green pepper
1 sm. onion, grated
1/4 lb. American cheese
1/2 c. butter
4 eggs
1 can Spam, cut up
1 1/2 c. bread, cut in sm. sqs.

Heat milk, butter; add bread and all other ingredients with the beaten eggs and cooked macaroni. Pour into a glass Pyrex pan. Serve in squares.
