2 lbs. lean pork steak, cut fine 2 cans chicken noodle soup 1 1/2 pkgs. medium size egg noodles 1/2 lb. American cheese 1 can cream style corn (14 1/2 oz.) Bread crumbs Salt and pepper to taste Brown pork steak, pour soup over it and let simmer until meat is tender. Cook and drain noodles. Salt and pepper to taste. Add everything together in 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Cover with bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. |
