STUFFING HOTDISH 
6 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
3 c. cooked, chopped chicken or turkey
1 sm. jar pimiento
Salt & pepper to taste
1 c. melted butter
1 lg. can evaporated milk
2 tbsp. chopped onion
10 oz. frozen peas

Mix the stuffing mix and melted butter; spread half the mixture in a greased 9"x13" pan. Mix the rest of the ingredients and pour over stuffing. Sprinkle the remaining stuffing on top. Bake at 350 degrees for an hour; cover lightly with foil for the last half hour.
