STUFFED MUSHROOMS 
12 lg. mushrooms
1/4 lb. butter
1/2 c. dry homemade bread crumbs
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
1 tbsp. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped celery
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/8 tsp. oregano
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 egg slightly beaten

Generously butter a shallow baking dish. Wash mushrooms and remove stems. Melt 4 tablespoons of butter and coat mushroom caps, and put them in the baking dish. Chop stems and add to other ingredients. Mix all ingredients. Fill mushroom caps with mixture. Melt remaining butter. Sprinkle a little Parmesan cheese over each cap, drizzle a little melted butter on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
