STUFFED MUSHROOMS WITH PARMESAN 
Fresh mushrooms
1 sm. onion
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/3 c. parmesan cheese
1 tsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 egg

Rinse and de-stem mushrooms. Finely chop half of the mushroom stems. In skillet, saute' mushroom stems and onion in butter. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Stuff mushrooms. Bake in 350 degree oven for 15 minutes. Serve hot.
