PARMESAN MUSHROOMS 
2 1/2 tablespoons butter
1 1/2 tablespoons sour cream
2 teaspoons garlic herb pepper
13 oz mushrooms, fresh or canned
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese

Melt butter and stir in sour cream.

Add the garlic pepper, then add the mushrooms.

Saute mushrooms in the cream. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and cook until the cheese is melted.

Serve immediately.
