STUFFED MUSHROOMS PARMESAN 
2 lbs. lg. mushrooms

Wash, remove stems. Brush with oil. Sprinkle with garlic salt. Let stand while making filling.

FILLING:

8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 to 3/4 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
2 tsp. minced onion
1/4 c. Cheddar cheese
1/4 lb. fried bacon or Canadian bacon
