3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
2/3 c. vegetable oil
2 c. water
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tsp. vanilla

Sift together all dry ingredients. Add liquid and beat.

FILLING:

8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 egg
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
6 oz. pkg. chocolate chips (1 c.)

Put 2/3 full of batter heaping teaspoon of filling put on top of batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
