CREAM-FILLED CHOCOLATE CUPCAKES 
1/3 c. sugar
1 egg
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
6 oz. chocolate chips

Mix and set aside.

1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 c. water
1/4 c. cocoa
1/3 c. oil
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda

Mix all together and add 1 tablespoon vinegar and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Put mixture in cupcake shells. Add 1 teaspoon of cream mixture in the center and bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Do not overbake.
