1 chocolate cake mix
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 egg
1/3 c. sugar
6 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
Dash of salt

Prepare cake mix as directed. Fill cupcake holders with batter to 2/3 full. Cream sugar, egg, cream cheese, and salt. Stir in chocolate chips. Drop a large teaspoonful of cream cheese mixture onto cupcakes. Bake as directed on cake mix package. Frost with chocolate frosting.
