CREAM - FILLED CUPCAKES 
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1/3 c. sugar
1 egg

Mix above and beat well. Prepare chocolate cake mix. Fill cupcake cups half full of batter. Place 1 teaspoon of the above mixture on top of each.

Bake approximately the time listed for cupcakes on the package. Cool and frost with cream cheese frosting: 1/4 lb. butter 1 tsp. vanilla 1 1/2 lb. powdered sugar

Beat until smooth and creamy. Refrigerate. Also freezes well.
