CREAM FILLED CUPCAKES 
Make cupcakes using any cake mix recipe. Put in paper muffins. When done and cool, cut a small hole in center, top to bottom, for filling.

FILLING:

1 c. milk
1/4 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter, softened
1/2 c. Crisco

Mix milk and flour in pan and cook until thick. Cool. While mixture is cooling, mix in large bowl the sugar, softened butter and Crisco. Mix until fluffy. Add cooled mixture and mix well. Keep in refrigerator until ready to put into cupcakes.

Put filling in cookie decorator. Squeeze into opening made in cupcakes. Ice cupcakes with favorite icing. Keep cupcakes in refrigerator until ready to serve.
