SELF-FILLED CUPCAKES | |
1 (2 layer size) pkg. chocolate cake mix 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened 1/3 c. sugar 1 egg Dash of salt 1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips Mix cake as directed. Fill cups 2/3 full. Cream the cheese with sugar, beat in egg and salt. Stir in chocolate chips. Drop rounded teaspoons of cheese mix into each cupcake. Bake as directed. |
