CREAM FILLED CUPCAKES 
FILLING:

8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 egg
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix together, stir in 6 ounce package milk chocolate chips. Set aside.

BATTER:

3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
1 tsp. salt
2/3 c. oil
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. water

Sift dry ingredients. Mix all together until smooth. Fill cupcake liners 2/3 full. Drop 1 teaspoon filling on top. Bake at 350 degrees until done. Does not take long.
